I was in the middle of a 5,000 mile trip when my '14 FJR1300 started running sluggishly, then badly. I limped into Specialty R and M after calling and getting directions. Fortunately for me it was blocks from the exit I had just taken. By this point I was running on about one and a half cylinders. Jessica and Steve were great out front and Neil took the bike, diagnosed the problem (I had gotten a tank of "premium" that was about 1/3 water), flushed the tank, ran some race fuel and additive through it and had me on my way in about two hours. It literally saved my trip. In the rush to get me out and on the road, my tool kit got left behind and by the time Steve called me the next day, I was several hundred miles down the road. He mailed it off to me and it was at my home before I got here! Thanks to the great service there, the rest of my trip through Washington, Oregon and California was spectacular.
